Review - Sapporo Ramen at TripleOne Somerset

Originating from Sapporo, Hokkaido, Sanomaru is known for its strong and robust flavored Sapporo Miso Ramen, a ramen with springy curly noodles in fermented soybean paste flavored soup. The broth has been elaborately prepared in two cooking stages first by boiling chicken bones and seafood ingredients separately, and then mixing it together to achieve a smooth and clean aftertaste.

Treated Diana to Sapporo for her birthday when she came to find me at my office. Not bad!
